  I just want to say I have had positive experiences here but also have noticed it is expensive but for good service and caring staff I will pay. Some times the front desk staff can be short with you , a customer service class is recommended. On the replies I see to the bad reviews I don't see any regret for the bad experience. I see excuses perception is reality so a little humble pie can make these people feel you understand they had a bad experience and your vet clinic will work on improving the situation It is a beautiful clinic with caring vets and techs, they are just working out the kinks of opening a new business. Most important it is NOT an emergency vet clinic. Take your pet to the emergency clinic on powers. The prices are much lower usually 500-600 for overnight monitoring and they have doctors on all night and the state of the art equipment and lab services needed. The 24 hour part is good for sick animals like throwing up or minor injuries. But the cost is very expensive. Sunday appointments are considered emergency rates even though they are open so be aware of that. And walk in is considered emergency rates as well.
