- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪The customer service was bad, as well as how they treated my little dog. They gave me a lot of attitude for not knowing tre exact birthday of my dog and then even more attitude for letting them know that he pees while nervous which is normal for tiny dogs. When they finally came to take him to the back, I told her to carry him because it would be easier for her. Instead she dragged him across the floor. While in the back he made the most intense scream which he has never done. They then had the nerve to complain about how he peed while nervous and how he screamed. I finally looked at his nails and they are terrible. Never again will I take any of my animals there and I definitely won’t tell my friends and family about this place!November 20, 2017by Sara Halbig
